Financial Times: In your rewildest dreams

Documenting the rewilding of the walled gardens at Knepp Estate, photographed during the planning and planting stages at the very beginning of the project. The work captures a deliberate move away from the estate’s pristine croquet lawns, as the ground is disrupted, divots cut, creating habitats for biodiversity growth, in preperation for a predicted rise in temperatures in the coming decades. Designed by Tom Stuart Smith, planted by head gardener Charlie Harpur, Moy Fierheller & Suzi Turner.
