Wintering by Loch Nell in Inverlonan’s private bothies, a stones throw from Oban. We slowed to the rhythm of the land, tending to the woodburner, disconnecting. Living on an ever-changing spread of locally sourced seafood, vegetables and foraged produce — all cooked over open fire by Head Chef Tim Kensett.
